Suzuki today have officially launched the details of the new 2019 Suzuki RM-Z250.
Since 2004 the RM-Z250 has been available to the Australian buyer. 2010 saw fuel injection added and sales went off the charts. Holeshot assist was added in 2016. Minor revisions in the meantime have been seen, with 2018 having a completely revised model launched.
This 2019 model has what Suzuki have quoted as a full revision. Now in its 12th year of production, Suzuki have aligned the design of the 2019 RM-Z250 with the current RM-Z450, with upgrades to the engine and chassis to achieve even better performance.
5% approximately better engine performance, improved throttle response, evolved traction management, updated Suzuki Holeshot Assist, twin injectors have been adopted, inner muffler and the structure of the muffler have been changed, and an updated gear ratio complete the powertrain updates.
Turning this new motocrosser is better thanks to all-new frame and swingarm, improved coil spring front forks, updated rear suspension, Renthal Fatbar aluminium handlebar, and new Dunlop tyres. The design now aligns with the RM-Z450 and all-new firm parts for performance.
A larger front brake disc and better brake pads pull you up nicely.
