A waterproof, 1.7 litre hip bag with a utility-style look, Night Eye™ fabric, and P.A.L.S. to expand luggage capacity.
This bag is intended for expansion of luggage capacity of the MUBP-1 backpack, or a MUPBP-1 base plate prepared MACNA jacket. When off-bike, it can be detached and used as hip bag.
The MUHB-1 hip bag has a total of four pockets with the largest pocket having a waterproof roll top closure. Two pockets can be found at both sides of the waterproof pocket, and the fourth and smallest pocket is located in one of the non-waterproof pockets.
This multi utility hip bag enables expansion of luggage capacity through the Pouch Attachment Ladder System, P.A.L.S. in short. This is webbing of 25 x 38 mm that enables suitable pouches to be added to a load-bearing platform such as a garment, backpack, or base plate.
Aside from attaching it to P.A.L.S. webbing, this hip bag can also be worn by use of the included belt. A panel of Night Eye™ – fabric that reflects light back to its source – is fitted on the outside to increase visibility when it really matters.
