The fleece hoody achieves a CE Level A certification with further protection offered with the X-Halo CE Level 2 armour.
As far as looks go, the Riot comes with a denim vest for extra style points and pockets on your ride. This is not CE certified and is for looks and versatility only; it zips in/out of the hoody so either can be used independently of each other. Being single layer, the hoody and vest are comfortable and light, with the polyester lining adding a soft touch for the rider.
With YKK zippers on both the fleece and vest, you can rest assured its got a secure closure. For added peace of mind, the vest also features metal Argon buttons on the closure, side adjustment and chest pockets.
