Macna Breeze Jacket - Black

An incredibly comfortable and breathable motorcycle hoodie, meant for urban riders in warm riding conditions.

The Breeze is made of breathable cotton, its mesh fabric forms Air Burst™ – a greater intake of air to cool the body – and it’s reinforced with aramid fibres for abrasion resistance. Its materials make it suitable for warm conditions and its casual design allows it to blend in perfectly with the urban jungle.

To prevent your pants from creeping up in case of an incident, we’ve added our Belt Loop™: strong webbing that runs all the way from the collar (at the upper back) to the lower back where it can be fixed to the belt of your jeans.

If you’re not a big fan of your hood flapping around, you can secure it in the Hoodie Holder™ at the back or zip it off completely. At the front, we’ve fitted Hoodie String Holders™ so you can park those strings and prevent a drum solo on your helmet when riding.

At the bottom of the main zip we’ve opted for our Zip Grip™, which is a triangular reinforcement that makes it easier to insert and zip up – even with gloves on.

Our RISC™ level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows. RISC™ back and chest protectors are separately available and can easily be placed in the designated compartment. Be sure to check the size table before purchasing a back protector.

ARAMID REINFORCEMENTS

Impact areas are reinforced on the inside with a layer of Aramid fabric against the outer shell. Provides extra resistance against abrasion, rips and tears where it is most important.

Belt Loop™

Wearing jeans on a sports- or naked bike can get a bit chilly when your jacket decides to creep up on you. Being cold is one thing, getting hurt is another. In case of an incident, you might end up on your back without your jacket covering it. Raise your comfort and safety with our Belt Loop™. It is made of strong webbing that is secured at the top of the back and runs all the way down your jacket, where you can connect it to your belt. The Belt Loop™ keeps your jacket in place, prevents a cold back, and raises your safety in case of an incident.

Hoodie Holder™

If you’re a rider that prefers casually styled riding gear, you might be familiar with your hood catching wind. Being slowed down is annoying enough as it is, not to mention your hood flapping around like a madman. Prevent your hood from turning into a parachute by using the Hoodie Holder™. Slide the button at the tip of the hood into the Hoodie Holder™ and enjoy a flap-free ride whilst the hood is kept in place.

AIR BURST™

Back in the day, you needed to open up your main zip if you wanted to cool down. Luckily, those days are over as our gear has been fitted with ventilation zips, panels and outlets for many years now. But sometimes, all those options still weren’t enough. That’s why we evolved our mesh fabric to the next level, or actually another dimension all together. The third-dimension mesh fabric of Air Burst™ creates a breathable layer between the body and outside of the shell, which enables a better intake of cool air to cool the body. 3D mesh also slows you down gently and in one piece before your skin comes into contact with the road.

RISC™ back protector prepared

The construction features a designated compartment on the inside that enables our RISC back protector to be placed.

The above goes for all RISC™ protectors with exception of the chest. This unique protector is only available in level 1 and consists of two separate pieces that automatically interlock after placing them in the designated compartments of your MACNA jacket and zipping up.

Zip Grip™

Zipping up without gloves isn’t always a success at first try. Inserting one part into another turns out to be surprisingly difficult for the most intelligent species on the planet. Some of us even try this sport with their gloves on – with little success in most cases. Our Zip Grip™ is a triangular reinforcement at the base of the main zip. This reinforcement is easy to get a hold of and provides the needed grip when inserting. Zipping up has just become child’s play, even with gloves on!
