FREE Shipping* on all orders over $99

Flat Rate Shipping – $15.95* for total orders under $99

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 3 working days and we endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-15 business days from receipt of order.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel service.

Australia Post collects our freight each business day around 1pm. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

If you require your order to be shipped using a specific service, including Express Post, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss options and pricing. 


International

Orders are shipped using Australia Post.

Delivery times vary depending on the country.

We do not offer insurance for international shipping.

Please be aware that you accept responsibility for lost international consignments and we will not re-ship or refund your order

International orders maybe subject to local charges (Customs/Duties).

Customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds because of this occurrence.


*Bulky Items

Some items will incur a bulky item surcharge which is shown in product description and at the Check Out.


Dangerous Goods

If the item is classified as a Dangerous Goods, which is shown in the product description, these items can only be collected from the store and cannot be shipped.
